Meet Drew

Through consistent practice, Drew experienced firsthand how yoga can strengthen the body while also bringing balance and clarity to the mind.

Drew discovered yoga in college while recovering from a sports-related back injury. What began as a way to support healing quickly became a lifelong passion. Through consistent practice, Drew experienced firsthand how yoga can strengthen the body while also bringing balance and clarity to the mind.

Drew enjoys practicing a variety of styles including vinyasa, hatha, ashtanga, foundations, aerial, and paddle board yoga, and brings enthusiasm for exploration into each class.

As a teacher, Drew aims to guide students through thoughtful, intentional practices that are nourishing and supportive for both the body and mind. Drew completed the 200-hour Alignment Based Yoga Specialist (ABYS) Level 1 training through YogaOAK University in 2025 with Rachel Lundberg.

When not at the studio, Drew enjoys hiking in the forests of the Pacific Northwest, gardening, and spending time with friends.
