Private Yoga Session Availability
We currently offer private yoga sessions Monday through Friday between12:00 PM and 3:00 PM.​​
Step 1: Schedule PYE
Your first step is a Private Yoga Evaluation (PYE)—a one-time, 90-minute session where our expert instructors get to know you, assess your movement goals, and evaluate your current abilities. This ensures your personalized yoga plan is designed just for you. We offer multiple PYE options to help you find the perfect starting point for your journey.
