Mindful Eating for a Loving Body
This workshop offers a gentle reminder of your birthright to enjoy food. When you can truly relax and enjoy the act of eating, everything inside slows down and opens to your aliveness. When this happens, a natural balance emerges, and the body loses or gains weight and makes other changes as it orients toward optimal health.
