What’s Happening?

  • Mini Presentations: Dive deeper into wellness with our expert Wellness Practitioners who will be hosting mini presentations throughout the day. Each session offers a unique insight into improving your health and well-being.

  • Free Yoga Classes: Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced yogi, our free yoga classes at 12:00 PM and 5:30 PM are the perfect opportunity to stretch, strengthen, and relax with our skilled Yoga Teachers.

  • Healthy Snacks and Refreshments: Enjoy a selection of delicious, healthy snacks as you mingle with fellow wellness enthusiasts. Our nourishing treats are sure to keep you energized throughout the event.

  • Games and Raffle Prizes: Add a bit of fun to your visit with our engaging games and a raffle draw. Stand a chance to win exciting prizes that will inspire and motivate your wellness journey.

  • Community Connection: At Thrive, community is at the heart of what we do. Connect with like-minded individuals who are as passionate about wellness and personal growth as you are. It’s a wonderful way to expand your support network and make new friends.
