About the event
PLEASE REGISTER AT LEAST ONE HOUR PRIOR TO CLASS START TIME IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THE ZOOM LINK
This is an all levels alignment based yoga class. I will be streaming live using ZOOM. You will need to have access to the ZOOM app on your computer or phone. Once you register for the class you will receive an email with the ZOOM meeting invitation. You will click on the link in your email at the time of the scheduled class.
I recommend you have at least one blanket or long towel. It will be helpful to set yourself up close to an open wall if possible but it is not necesary. I suggest having a chair close by as well as yoga blocks and a strap if you have them. You can use a rope, necktie, scarf or belt instead of a yoga strap if needed.Â
