From The Ground Up Nutrition
Kelly Simpson is a Certified Holistic Nutrition Counselor who graduated from the American College of Health Sciences. She specializes in Pediatrics, Women’s Health, and family focused nutritional healing.
My goal at From The Ground Up Nutrition is to help everyone, especially families and children, change their relationship with their food. I believe that food truly is medicine. We all have access to our body’s innate healing systems. When the body is given the nutrient dense food it desires, miraculous healing can happen. I want to help people change their idea of what real food actually is.
As a mother of four, I understand this can be especially challenging for young children. However, giving our children's growing bodies the right nutrients is one of the single most important things we can do for their physical, emotional, and mental well being. I have diet and lifestyle changes that are specifically made for children. Your children will love their food and feel better physically, emotionally, and mentally.
It is also vital to understand that everybody’s body’s are different. This is called bio-individuality. What works for one person might not work for another. Through our sessions, I will conduct a current health assessment, medical history, and current diet and lifestyle. I will tailor a diet and lifestyle plan to fit you and your family’s needs. I will guide you with a plan to take back your health and we will discover what exactly YOUR body needs to feel energized, radiant, and healthy.
