Movement for Healing with Jewel Marin
Learn how to listen to and follow the healing impulse of your body. This movement-based workshop teaches simple, effective self-healing techniques from Somatic Re-Education Therapy to release pain and tension. By supporting your body in completing movements it was stuck in, you can shift into a pain-free state—often within minutes or hours instead of weeks.

You’ll be guided in listening to your body’s wisdom, following its natural movements to heal chronic and acute pain, ease tension patterns, and prevent injury. These techniques also enhance movement practices like yoga or dance by unlocking restrictions, making movements feel natural and effortless. Bring your own yoga mat or use one provided.

Love Uncomplicated
Dating and relationships are hard. They promise joy, connection, and fulfillment, but the risk of heartbreak is ever present, and can occur at any stage in the process. Yet the need to be loved and give love compels us to keep trying, even after experiencing the worst case scenarios.
Love is a skill that the mind can master, so true love is consciously constructed rather than wholly dependent on luck. In this workshop, Jewel Marin will guide you through love as a path with many gateways, teaching you how to successfully navigate each one to form an unbreakable bond.

Sacred Circle - A Women's Gathering
A monthly gathering together with Meaghn and Marianna, in which women are invited to explore and honor the depths of feminine wisdom through seasonally inspired themes, meditations, self care practices and story shares. Connect to your inner truth and experience the magic that unfolds in presence of a heart centered sisterhood.
Circle is not for one type of woman, it is for all women. We all long to be held, and to be able to share our voices, our joys, and sorrows in an authentic way. Circle is a space that is free of hierarchy. We gather to know and be known. To give and to receive. Here we all walk together. No matter the differences in our lives, and experiences we find common ground and help to lift each other up through practices of care and intention.
