InBodyWise™ Monthly

Join our free monthly gathering for brain, body, and heart integration, guided by
InBodyWise™ creator, Rachel Lundberg.

This session's highlighted topic is "The Science of Heart Connection", where we we will explore the science of the heart in the regulation of our nervous system and ways to more deeply connect to the heart for more peace and connection. The gathering will include group discussions, body movement, and breathwork (no movement experience required).

Offered both in-person and online, with in-person participation limited to 25 people, dress comfortably for sitting, movement, and lying down.

A Thrive Winter Solstice Event

Join us for a very special Winter Solstice Event, Saturday, December 21 from 6-7:30pm.

We will welcome back the light and set intentions for the return of the sun with Rachel Lundberg, deepen into our intentions through Yoga Nidra with Liisa Pruzek, and finish the evening integrating our experience with a sacred sound bath from Gabrielle Urbani.
