Since 2015, Rachel Lundberg has been training yoga teachers at the 200 and 300 hour levels. In addition to training more than 100 teachers, she is the creator of the Alignment Based Yoga Specialist™ Certification and YogaOAK University (formally known as the Lundberg Yoga School).
Our 2023-2024 200 and 300 Hour Teacher Training Programs are more robust and comprehensive than ever and we are excited to share more with you at the upcoming YogaOAK University Teacher Training Info Session, Wednesday, June 19th from 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm.
