Why do kids need yoga?

Yoga Movement for Tots

Ages 3-6 | Wednesdays 11-11:30am | October 10th-December 18th 2019

Kids Yoga Program

Ages 7-9 | Tuesdays 4:15-5:15pm | October 9th-December 17th 2019



Youth Yoga Program

Ages 10-12 | Thursdays 4:15-5:15pm | October 11th - December 19th 2019

Teen Yoga Program

Ages 13-18 | Wednesdays 4:15-5:15pm | October 10th - December 17th 2019


It’s our mission to provide yoga to everyone regardless of ability, gender identity, race, economic background, or status. To sponsor a scholarship for a student in need, we have provided multiple options in the “event price” during registration. To sponsor a different amount, or request a scholarship, please email us!
