Warm-up to Yoga 2: how to put more fun and comfort in your yoga practice
A follow-up to the Spring 2018 workshop. You do NOT have to have attended Warm-up to Yoga 1 as these are stand-alone courses.
Come and join Denyse McGriff 200hr RYT, in a gentle practice where we will be working on increasing our flexibility and stability. You may recognize Denyse as she is an active part of the Thrive community. Denyse can be found tidying up the studio, or otherwise offering a hand. She has been taking quite a bit of continuing education in her yoga training and is excited to share her practice with us.
In this workshop you will:
* Learn how to warm-up to get ready to practice
* Work with props to make poses more accessible
*May include partner work to help improve stability and
to have fun……..
$10 Donation for class is suggested.
