Join us this summer for kids yoga camp! We will learn about mindfulness as a daily practice, move through various styles of yoga, move in ways that connect us to our bodies, and learn to breathe efficiently and meditate. Our instructors will lead the kiddos through games and art projects specifically designed to incorporate these ideas in age-appropriate ways. Yoga is a great tool for calming the nervous system to deal with emotions, stress and trouble focusing.
