Our bodies are designed to handle short-term acute stresses, (think running from a tiger) followed by time to recover. Unfortunately, many women now are struggling with chronic, low-level stress that they rarely, if ever, get to put down completely. This can lead to emotional burnout, as well as many physical manifestations. We can't remove the stress in your life, but we can learn about tools to help balance the effects! We will discuss herbs, adaptogens, supplements, as well as lifestyle choices.
