This workshop is focused for all kinds of active populations from the casual walker to marathon runner (cyclists will benefit as well). There will be emphasis on hip flexors, IT bands, chest openers, breath work, and post race recovery.
Workshop led by 200 hr YTT & ACSM Personal Trainer Sandy Branch. Sandy has been a runner for over 10 years with lots of racing experience including 2 marathons, several halves, 10ks, and 5ks. She is currently in training for a marathon in June.
