Ever thought about getting into meditation but have no idea where to start or how? Have you practiced on and off over the years and wanted to establish a more grounded and regular habit?

Join Jaime Mathis for a four week series designed to introduce you to basic concepts, techniques and practices of meditation. Each hour hour and a half long class will build on the last and will be largely experiential. We will discuss techniques and practice them so you will be able to establish a home meditation practice.

Week 1 (4/29) Mindfulness

Week 2 (5/7) Pranayamas (breathing techniques to quiet the mind and increase prana in the body)

Week 3 (5/14) Establishing a firm seat
