Journey to Mindfulness

Mimi is offering her Journey to Mindfulness 8 week series in January! Based on her 15 years of experience leading an assortment of skill building groups on Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Couples Communication she has developed her own eclectic mix of mindfulness practices for this series with the goal for members to "cultivate happiness through mindfulness."
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) principals are the foundation of this series.
Pre-registration is required, class size is limited.
