Join Mackenzie and Sage for a new year intentions workshop that will focus on creating and sustaining self-improvement and self-care throughout the year. You can expect a grounding yoga practice, tools and time for mapping out your year and a guided meditation to validate who you are and the journey you are on. Mackenzie is a thrive teacher and nutrition & wellness coach focused on helping people achieve a healthy body and mind. Sage is a trauma-informed yoga teacher focused on building body awareness and balancing stress and anxiety.
