Heart Hips & Gratitude Yoga

Take time out to open your heart and hips, making even more space for gratitude this season. This two-hour yoga workshop integrates pranayama, dynamic flow and a full body yoga practice with an emphasis on heart and hip opening asanas that create more space and freedom of movement in the upper body and the hips, while seeping in the gratitude of all that is beautiful in this life. Class concludes with a restorative yoga practice.
