Heart, Hips & Gratitude with Jana Daisy-Ensign RYT

Release tension, tune in to breath, build the strength, stamina and flexibility to open your heart and hips spaciously, inviting in more gratitude and grounding. This two-hour yoga workshop is specially designed to support students during the bustling late fall season. The workshop integrates pranayama, dynamic flow and an energetic full body yoga practice with an emphasis on heart and hip opening movement and asanas to loosen habitual tightness, promoting a greater sense of freedom. Focus on increasing the range of movement in chest, back and hips is intended to nurture and support a grounded opening, while reinforcing a mindset of gratitude. The session concludes with a restorative yoga practice. All levels are welcome.
