Yoga for Chronic Pain Series
with Amanda Whitman RYT
Three-part series designed to empower, encourage, strengthen, and bring you peace in the midst of your chronic pain. Each Class will include one hour of yoga, discussion about causes- the how's and why's, encouragement and support. We will learn how yoga comes into play in your journey through pain.
Chakras will be discussed and how they pair with each issue. Essential oils and massage that aid hormonal, emotional, and physical support. Heating pads will be used as well.
