Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, I am here to help you find greater balance, physically, mentally and emotionally.

Some students would rather work 1-on-1 than attend a group class, I understand. Want to bring a friend? No problem. Other students want to refine their alignment with an instructor taking into consideration individual strengths and challenges. Or maybe you want to delve into mood management by learning methods that can be used in everyday life.

Trauma-informed training

Build body awareness to reclaim ownership. Calm the nervous system to access confidence. Find stillness in the mind to allow healing to take place. My training in trauma-informed yoga provides therapeutic, wholesome sessions rooted in respect. Our work together will build a stronger understanding of what holds you back in order to harness your potential.

Sage provides a held space for members of the LGBTQIA community, where you do not have to worry about being misgendered or judged.
